ELECTRIC CARS - INCENTIVES / BONUSES
In addition to the national incentives for the purchase of electric cars, the regional incentives are added. There are conditions to be able to take advantage of "Bonuses" that overall exceed 10,000 Euros for the purchase.
But let's see in detail what is the state of the situation in the Regions that have already moved for 2020.
Lombardy: They will concern the purchase of cars with the consequent demolition of a petrol vehicle up to Euro 2 and Diesel up to Euro 5. The contributions will go from 2,000 euros for cars with emissions up to 130 g-CO2 / km to 8,000 euros for cars with zero emissions.
Piedmont: At the moment, it starts with companies, still leaving initiatives aimed at citizens on stand-by. In fact, it aims to encourage the renewal of the circulating fleet of small and medium-sized enterprises with 6.5 million euros of incentives dedicated to the purchase of hybrid and electric cars. Each company can thus modernize its fleet by submitting a maximum of 10 applications, each combined with the scrapping of petrol vehicles up to Euro 1 and Diesel vehicles up to Euro 4.
Friuli-Venezia-Giulia: The contribution is granted for the scrapping of a petrol or diesel vehicle up to Euro 4 and the consequent purchase of a car for private use that can be new or used / km 0 (registered for less than two years) . Depending on the power supply and the conditions of purchase of the car, the value of the bonus changes. As for the new and 0 km, for example, € 3,000 is allocated for the purchase of bifuel vehicles, € 4,000 for hybrid vehicles and € 5,000 for electric vehicles.
Trento and Bolzano: It cannot be accessed in the face of the scrapping of a polluting vehicle, but they are dispensed automatically as soon as you buy an electric car or a hybrid car. For residents in the province of Trento or Bolzano the contribution ranges from € 1,500 to € 4,000 based on emissions, but for the latter, from this year, an eco-bonus for the purchase of an electric vehicle could also be "switched on" 2 wheels.
Emilia-Romagna: The Emilia-Romagna Region provides 3,850,000 euros for contributions of 3,000 euros for individuals who purchase an electric, hybrid (even mild) car. For companies, incentives reach 10,000 euros for electric commercial vehicles in the form of a non-refundable grant granted under the de minimis regime, connected to the mass of the vehicle (category N1 or N2) and to the fuel system of the vehicle purchased.
Aosta Valley: both private individuals who have resided in the Aosta Valley for at least two years, and individuals with companies operating in the Region, can submit a request. For the former, the contribution is € 6,000, while in the case of companies it ranges from € 10,000 (for vehicles not related to the transport of people) to € 15,000 (for vehicles related to the transport of people).
Veneto: For electric incentives of 4500 euros. The incentives reward electric cars, given that the emissions are zero. The Region explains that "the contribution - ranging from 1,500 to 4,500 - will be paid on the basis of the CO2 and NOX emissions of the car to be purchased".
